Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pediatrician role based in the Jhunjhunu district. The Pediatrician will provide primary and specialized medical care to infants, children, and adolescents, including routine examinations, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care. Daily responsibilities include managing outpatient and inpatient pediatric cases, supervising immunizations, monitoring growth and development, and coordinating care for acute and chronic conditions. The role may involve neonatal care, participation in clinical rounds, collaboration with other physicians and healthcare staff, and clear communication with families about treatment plans and preventive care. The Pediatrician will also maintain accurate medical records, adhere to hospital protocols, and support quality improvement and clinical safety initiatives.

Qualifications
• Strong clinical expertise in Medicine and Primary Care, with the ability to manage a broad range of pediatric conditions.
• Specialized skills in Pediatrics, including growth and development assessment, immunization practices, and management of common childhood illnesses.
• Experience or training in Neonatology, including care of newborns, management of neonatal emergencies, and coordination with obstetric and neonatal teams.
