About the Role:

Enhanced Child Health Checks: Perform additional screenings and assessments to identify any potential health issues or concerns.
Brief Interventions: Provide immediate support and guidance to children and their families in response to identified needs.
Care Coordination: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in pediatric nursing or a rel
