Role Description This is a full-time, on-site PCB Repair role based in Jaipur. The PCB Repair Technician will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair printed circuit boards used in pump control systems and other company products. Daily tasks include inspecting faulty PCBs, identifying component-level issues, performing soldering and rework, testing repaired boards, and maintaining accurate service records. The role also involves coordinating with service teams, supporting appliance and equipment repairs related to pumps, and ensuring repairs meet company quality and safety standards. The technician will interact with internal stakeholders and, where needed, support front-line teams to help maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Customer-focused skills: Customer Satisfaction and clear Communication to support service quality and collaborative work with teams.
• Technical service skills: Appliance Repair, Maintenance & Repair experience, particularly with electronic control systems or similar equipment.
• Diagnostic skills: Strong Troubleshooting abilities for PCB fault finding, component-level diagnosis, and system performance issues.
• Hands-on electronics skills: Proficiency in soldering, PCB rework, use of multimeters and oscilloscopes, and reading circuit diagrams.
• Education and experience: Diploma or ITI in Electronics, Electrical, or related field; prior experience in electronics repair or service is preferred.
• Workstyle and safety: Ability to work on-site in a workshop environment, follow safety procedures, and maintain organized documentation of repairs.
