Experience: - 13 years
You will :
• Embrace your role as a visionary Talent Development Partner, showcasing your profound understanding of the Business landscape and providing accurate diagnoses and innovative solutions.
• Cultivate robust relationships at all levels, fostering collaboration and synergy to ensure success across stakeholders.
• Masterfully manage Learning Operations, including LMS management, Calendar planning & execution, Dashboard release, Vendor procurement & Management, while exhibiting operational excellence, resourcefulness, and initiative.
• Champion compliancerelated L&D at the Organization level, effectively navigating audits with unwavering resolve.
• Gracefully assume the mantle of facilitator for relevant training modules, sharing your invaluable wisdom when needed.
• Demonstrate an insightful understanding of L&D models & frameworks, harnessing their power to create effective solutions.
• Lend your support to Central L&D initiatives, such as developing people systems, leadership development, talent management, and Organizational Development, as opportunities arise.
• Expertly program manage centrallydriven initiatives, orchestrating seamless execution.
• Employ potent communication and influencing skills, leaving a lasting impact on those you encounter.
• Command the room with expert presentation and facilitation skills, captivating your audience.
