Location: Remote- Kerala
Salary: ₹32,000/month

About the Role:

Xpress Health is hiring a Payroll Executive to join our remote team. This role is accounts-focused, requiring strong numerical and compliance skills. While you’ll work closely with HR for coordination, your core responsibilities lie in finance and payroll processing, not HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end monthly payroll processing for all employees
Maintain accurate attendance, leave, and salary records
Manage salary disbursement, reimbursements, and deductions
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESI, TDS)
Coordinate with HR for onboarding and exit-related payroll tasks
Address and resolve payroll-related employee queries
Prepare financial reports, MIS, and payroll summaries
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll/accounts-related roles
Strong knowledge of Excel and payroll/accounting tools
Clear and confident communication skills (verbal written)
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a similar field
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
