Job Description
Job Title: HR Executive – Operations & Compliance
Location: Plot No. 1 , Raniwala Jewellers, Hawa Sadak , Civil Lines - Jaipur
Experience Required: 1+ years in HR Administration and Factory Compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end attendance and leave tracking (daily, weekly, and monthly reporting).
· Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems (SARAL, ESSL) and Excel.
· Handle complete employee lifecycle: onboarding, documentation, and exit
