Job Description
Boutique Dental Spa in prime Upper Market/Castro location. We are two doctors that have created a sactuary for oral health in a spa-like environment.
We are looking for a Patient Experience Concierge who understands that the "experience" begins the moment someone thinks about making an appointment.
As the "face of the practice", you will set the tone for our vibrant, inclusive and high-energy environment.
We are fully committed to training the right person who possesses the "hospitality" heart, regardless of prior medical or dental experience.
Duties: Primary point-of-contact and "Host" for the practice, providing a warm, high-touch greeting to every patient. Manage the patient lounge environment, ensuring it maintains a serene spa-like space. Anticipate patient needs from offering refreshments to providing detailed information about our services.
Work directly under the Head of Business Operations. Manage a dynamic, high-production schedule for the doctors and Hygienist. Serve as a liaison between patients and insurance to verify benefits and advocate for coverage. Communicate financial responsibilities to patients with transparency, kindness and professionalism.
