Job Description

Serenity Esthetics is a growing aesthetics and wellness brand with locations in Canada. We are professional, innovative, and creative, with one clear mission: to build a truly unique, personalized experience for every client.

The hourly rate listed reflects the post-probationary rate. All new hires begin at a 90-day probationary rate. After this period, a performance review will be conducted, and qualifying team members will advance to the standard rate based on performance, reliability, and overall contribution to the team.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner

Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage front desk operations

Verify, collect, and maintain accurate client information

Assist with client registration and check-in processes

Handle inquiries, process payments, and support retail transactions

Coordinate with staff to ensure a smooth and efficient appointment flow

Deliver exceptional customer service and help create an outstanding client experience

Preferred Experience & Skills

Previous experience in a spa, wellness, or front-desk role preferred

Retail experience with a focus on client satisfaction

Comfort using phone systems, scheduling software, and office equipment

Strong customer service skills, including the ability to handle challenging situations professionally and empathetically

Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Basic knowledge of office management practices and procedures

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
