Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Care Specialist located in Gurugram. The Patient Care Specialist will be responsible for providing direct patient care, communicating effectively with patients, demonstrating knowledge of medical terminology, and assisting in patient care. The role requires a strong understanding of medicine and the ability to support patients throughout their hospital journey.
Qualifications

• Experience in patient care and direct patient interaction
• Knowledge of medical terminology

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
