Full job description
We're looking for a compassionate, organized, and proactive Patient Care Manager to join EPIA, a boutique fertility and reproductive medicine clinic in Green Park, New Delhi.

At EPIA, we believe every patient deserves a dedicated guide throughout their fertility journey. As the Patient Care Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact from the first enquiry through consultations, treatment coordination, and follow-up, ensuring every patient feels informed, supported, and cared for.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to patient enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
Coordinate consultations, investigations, and treatment journeys
Guide patients through fertility treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical team
Ensure timely follow-up and nurture prospective patients
Coordinate with doctors, embryologists, and front office teams
Collect patient feedback, reviews, and testimonials
Maintain accurate CRM records and track patient journeys
Deliver an exceptional patient experience at every touchpoint
We're looking for someone who has:

2–5 years of experience in healthcare, fertility, hospitals, wellness, or patient care
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
Strong organisational and follow-up skills
A warm, empathetic, and patient-first approach
Comfort using CRM systems and digital communication tools
Preferred backgrounds:

Psychology
Nursing
Life Sciences
Biotechnology
Hospital Administration
Allied Health Sciences
