Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Coordination
Welcome and assist patients visiting the Vision Department.
Coordinate patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-up visits.
Guide patients through consultations, diagnostic tests, and treatment procedures.
Ensure smooth patient flow to minimize waiting time.
Address patient queries and provide accurate information regarding services and treatment processes.
Appointment & Scheduling
Manage doctor's appointment calendar efficiently.
Documentation & Records
Maintain complete and accurate patient records in the Hospital Information System (HIS).
Verify patient demographic details and insurance information.
Confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments as required.
Coordinate emergency and priority consultations.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
