Life Circle Health Services Pvt Ltd is currently seeking a versatile individual to fulfil the role of a Nurse Advisor with a focus on Tele Marketing and Operations. This pivotal role is integral to our commitment to providing exceptional home health care services to senior citizens and their families in Hyderabad. The Nurse Advisor will be responsible for converting inquiry calls into business by effectively communicating the benefits of home health care services, coordinating assessments and placements, collaborating with operations, tracking leads, and meeting set targets. The role requires excellent communication skills, a keen interest in Business Development, ability to connect effectively with clients, readiness to work under pressure, and proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Convert inquiry calls into business by effectively communicating the benefits of home health care services.
• Respond to all inquiries promptly via call centre/Justdial number/emails/social media.
• Coordinate assessments, health worker interviews, and placements with the Operations team.
• Collaborate with operations to identify suitable health workers for clients.
• Track and follow up on all leads until resolution and update relevant databases.
