• Profile Introduction:
Our hotel is seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our culinary team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating delectable desserts, pastries, and baked goods that delight our guests. You will work closely with the Executive Chef to develop menus, maintain quality standards, and ensure exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
• Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a wide variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods.
- Develop and execute dessert menus that complement the overall culinary offerings of the hotel.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and flavor.
- Train and mentor pastry team members to maintain consistency and excellence in pastry production.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Adhere to sanitation and safety regulations in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate food service and maintain a smooth kitchen operation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into pastry offerings.
• Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and flavors.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
