Role Description The Partnerships Specialist – Events is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi.

Responsibilities:

1. Driving sponsorship/ paid partnerships that support ISF’s events and key initiatives. This role involves identifying and engaging potential partners, sponsors, and stakeholders across corporates, industry bodies, and allied organizations, and managing end-to-end partnership cycles.

2.Daily responsibilities include lead generation, maintaining a robust pipeline, engaging in meetings, prepare presentations and close deals.

3. Coordinating event-related collateral and branding, preparing proposals and reports, and tracking performance against partnership goals.

Qualifications
• Experience in partnership development, sponsorship sales, or business development, preferably within events.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior leaders across organizations.
• Proficiency in event planning support, including coordinating sponsor deliverables, on-ground branding, and partner communication before, during, and after events.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting proposals, presentations, partnership decks, and professional correspondence.
• Solid organizational and project management abilities, including pipeline tracking, deadline management, and attention to detail.
• Analytical skills to research potential partners, assess fit, and report on partnership performance and return on investment.
• Comfort with using office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM or contact databases) to manage leads and partnership data.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a small, mission-driven team and operate with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field; relevant experience in lieu of formal education will also be considered.
• Prior exposure to staffing, HR services, or industry associations is an advantage but not mandatory.
