Lateral Partner Opportunity – Funds Finance (Top-Tier US Law Firm, London)-Build and Lead a New Practice
Remuneration: Leading US Law Firm Compensation Structure c $1.5 m for a junior partner and to US$4.5 m for an equity partner.
A leading global law firm is seeking to appoint a Funds Finance Partner to establish and lead its London Funds Finance practice, working closely with highly regarded Finance and Funds Partners in London and New York.
This is a rare chance to join an ***** international platform and develop a top-tier funds finance capability within a firm already renowned for its leveraged finance and private equity work.
The Role:
• Build and lead the Funds Finance offering in London, with full global support.
• Advise on subscription line, NAV and hybrid facilities, as well as GP and management company financings.
• Collaborate with market-leading Funds, Private Equity, and Finance teams across jurisdictions.
• Work with a first-class client base of global financial institutions, private equity sponsors, and fund managers.

• A proven Funds Finance Partner profile with relevant client relationships.
• Deep experience across fund-level finance transactions.
• Ambition to develop a recognised London-based practice within a world-class platform.
• Collaborative approach to cross-border client work.
