The Opportunity:
What You Will Do As a US Education Recruitment Specialist, you will support high-volume recruitment delivery for US clients, helping fill critical roles across K-12 districts, charter schools, higher education, and special education environments. Working closely with US time zones, your day-to-day will focus on:
• High-Volume Educator Sourcing: Identify, approach, and engage large pools of active and passive candidates for urgent and planned coverage. Roles include substitute teachers, paraprofessionals, special education aides, tutors, school counselors, administrative staff, and school facilities personnel.
• US Shift Hiring & Assignment Fulfillment: Manage fast-paced recruitment activity aligning with US school hours. This includes availability checks, candidate calls, shortlisting, substitute placement, long-term assignment confirmations, district follow-ups, cancellations, and last-minute classroom cover.
• Role Suitability & Stringent Compliance Checks: Match candidates to assignments by verifying role suitability, location, state certifications, licensing, mandatory background checks (fingerprinting/clearances), degree verifications, right-to-work status, and district-specific requirements.
• Client, Candidate & System Coordination: Build strong relationships with educators, school administrators, hiring managers, and internal teams while maintaining accurate assignment records, availability notes, credential updates, candidate pipelines, and activity in ATS, CRM, VMS, or district scheduling systems.
What You Bring to the Table
We welcome applications from recruiters with experience in bulk hiring, temporary staffing, education recruitment, credentialing, substitute placement, or other fast-paced, service-led recruitment environments. We are looking for:
• Education Recruitment or Bulk Sourcing Experience: Experience handling high-volume candidate sourcing, availability checks, screening, shortlisting, booking coordination, compliance tracking, or urgent recruitment delivery in a fast-paced environment.
• US Education Staffing Awareness: Understanding of K-12 staffing, state certification requirements, substitute teacher placement, seasonal educational hiring, or a strong willingness to quickly learn US education recruitment processes.
• Urgency, Communication & Ownership: Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent follow-up discipline, strict attention to compliance detail, and the ability to manage multiple urgent vacancies, large candidate pools, and district requests under time pressure.
• US Shift Flexibility: Flexibility to work standard US time zones (night shifts in IST) to ensure seamless support for US school districts and urgent early-morning staffing requirements.
Why Youll Love Working Here
• Specialist US Education Exposure: Build expertise across a highly stable and rewarding hiring market, specializing in K-12, charter, and higher education recruitment, credentialing, and compliance.
• Structured US Shift Environment: Work in a clearly defined US support model with strong team coordination, process guidance, and operational support.
• Career Growth: Receive hands-on mentorship, structured training, and clear pathways to grow into a specialist US Education recruitment professional.
• The Culture: A recognized Great Place to Work® environment that champions health benefits, dynamic energy, and long-term professional development.
