Please Note: This is an in-person, part-time position at our clinic in New Westminster, BC. This is NOT a remote or work-from-home position. Applicants seeking remote work will not be considered.

Orchid Medical Clinic is seeking a motivated, organized, and professional individual to join our team in a part-time position.

We are a growing medical and aesthetic clinic committed to providing high-quality patient care and advanced aesthetic services. We are looking for someone who can help us elevate our brand presence while maintaining professionalism and compliance within the healthcare space.

Day-to-day Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

Running and managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Creating and posting engaging content, reels, and stories
Assisting with clinic promotions and marketing campaigns
Taking before-and-after photos
Greeting patients and providing excellent customer service
Answering incoming phone calls and responding to inquiries
Scheduling patient appointments
Taking payments and assisting with administrative tasks
Setting up patients and assisting with cosmetic procedures
Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment
Qualifications:

Excellent communication and organizational skills
Friendly, professional, and reliable
Comfortable working in a medical and aesthetic clinic setting
