Luminari – Hiring Part-Time Shadow Teacher
Position: Shadow Teacher for UKG Student

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Timings: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Joining: Immediate
Job Role:
• Provide 1:1 support to a UKG student in the classroom
• Assist with learning activities, attention, and behavior management
• Collaborate with the class teacher to implement learning plans
• Help develop social, communication, and academic skills
Requirements:
• Background in Psychology, Special Education, or Child Development preferred
• Prior experience with young children, especially with learning/sensory needs, is a plus
• Patient, empathetic, and proactive
• Good communication skills in English
