The best time to catch homeowners at home is exactly when you are free: evenings and weekends. We are looking for a Part-Time Field Sales Representative to join our team in South Wales. This role requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, but you choose how and when you work those hours around your existing job or life commitments.
Earnings & Benefits
Base Salary: £13.00 - £15.30 per hour (Equivalent to our £25,500 - £30,000 full-time basic). This rate depends on your experience.
Uncapped Commission: Earn the exact same lucrative commission rates as our full-time team.
Expected OTE: £30,000+ realistic part-time pro-rata earnings (Full-time OTE is £60,000+).
Flexible Scheduling: Work five evenings, two long weekend days, or any mix that suits your life.
Local Territory: Work within your local area with minimal travel time.
Full Training: Full training provided- no prior solar or renewable energy knowledge required.
Career Growth: Clear progression path to full-time sales, technical surveyor, or management roles.
The RoleThis is a lead-generation and appointment-setting role, not a hard-close sales position. Your job is to create interest, build trust, and book quality appointments.
Canvass residential areas in your local patch (Bridgend, Cardiff, Swansea, Llanelli, or Neath Port Talbot).
Introduce our “Bill Swap” solar offering (no upfront cost, monthly payment model).
Book qualified appointments for our dedicated technical surveyors.
Position a highly desirable solution driven by rising energy costs, battery storage, and smart tariffs.

Requirements

Right to Work: Valid right to work in the UK.
Experience: Background in door-to-door sales, event sales, canvassing, renewable energy, in-home sales, or fundraising is a strong advantage.
