Position: Property Manager

Location: Bathurst, NB

Hours: Part-Time

Pay: $20-$25/hour

Are you reliable, organized, and interested in property management? We are hiring for a part-time property manager to assist with daily operations in Bathurst, NB.

Responsibilities:

Prepare units for rent and manage listings
Conduct showings and communicate with tenants
Perform minor repairs, cleaning, and maintenance (optional)
Handle keys, keypad codes, and access control
Complete property inspections
Miscellaneous tasks (material pick ups, etc)
Qualifications:

Bilingual (English & French)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently
Previous experience in property management or related fields is an asset but not required
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
Back-ground check
