We’re a fast-growing residential painting company hiring a Marketing Representative to help us reach more homeowners and book more estimates. If you enjoy talking to people, being outdoors, and want something more than just a job, keep reading.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Talking to homeowners (in person) to offer free painting estimates
Booking appointments directly into our calendar
Logging conversations and results in company provided app
Representing our brand at a high level in the community
THIS ISN’T FOR EVERYONE:
We’re looking for someone sharp and self-motivated. You’ll be working independently. this is not a “clock in and hide” kind of job. You’ll need to be confident knocking on doors, and hungry to get results.
This role is perfect for:
Students or aspiring salespeople looking to gain real experience
Anyone who’s motivated by performance and enjoys a challenge
People who want to grow within a company, not just collect a paycheck
WHAT YOU NEED:
Must be 18+
Reliable phone and internet connection for canvassing
Strong communication skills
Positive attitude
Highly motivated
COMPENSATION:
Base hourly rate + performance bonuses (most reps make $20–$35/hr+)
Flexible scheduling (16+ hrs/week)
Bi-Weekly pay
Direct coaching & career growth potential
Pay: $20.00-$60.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
