We have a commercial warehouse property available for lease at 213 West First Street in Huntingburg, and we're looking for a motivated, personable local go-getter to help us find the right tenant.
This isn't a desk job. You'll be out in the community — on the phone and on foot — connecting with local business owners in Huntingburg, Jasper, and the surrounding Dubois County area to spread the word about this property and find businesses that would be a great fit.
What You'll Do
Research and build a list of local businesses that could be a good fit for the warehouse space (growing businesses, companies needing storage or operations space, tradespeople, distributors, etc.)
Call local businesses to introduce the property and gauge interest
Visit businesses in person to get face time with owners and decision makers
Follow up with interested prospects and connect them with us to move toward a lease
Keep a simple log of who you've contacted and where things stand
Optional: Create videos, photos, or social media content at the property if you enjoy that kind of thing
Who We're Looking For
Someone local to Huntingburg, Jasper, or nearby who knows the area and its businesses
Comfortable making cold calls and walking into businesses to start a conversation
Friendly, persistent, and professional — you're not afraid to ask for the decision maker
Self-motivated and able to manage your own time and outreach plan
Reliable transportation
No real estate license or prior sales experience required — just hustle, people skills, and local knowledge.
Compensation
$18 per hour, 10–20 hours per week
Bonus opportunity: If you find a tenant and they sign a lease on the property, you'll earn a bonus
