We’re looking for a energetic and sales driven part-time Keyholder to join our team at Merchant Queenstown Frankton store. If you’re confident on the shop floor and ready to take on a bit more responsibility like opening or closing the store and supporting operations when the manager’s away – this is the perfect next step in your retail career.
You’ll be part of a team that knows their stuff, loves what they do, and takes real pride in helping people find their perfect fit.
Here’s what’s on offer:
Role: Keyholder
Rostered Hours:
Friday: 10:30am - 4:30am
Saturday: 10:30am - 6pm
Sunday: 11am - 4pm
Monday: 10:30am - 4:30pm
Minimum Hours: 22.5 hours per week
Hourly Rate: $24.50 + bonus potential !
What your day will look like:
Creating exceptional experiences for every customer
Supporting with opening and closing the store
Running smooth and successful shifts
Reaching your sales goals (and enjoying the bonus rewards!)
Keeping the store tidy, stylish and well-presented
Being a positive, proactive team player
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Have experience in customer service (retail, hospitality or similar)
Are confident, responsible and happy to lead by example
Have a natural way with people and love building rapport
Are organised and calm under pressure
Have a great eye for detail and presentation
Are motivated by goals and love seeing results
