3Sigma CRM is a mobile-first sales CRM built for small and growing teams in India. We help businesses organize leads, follow up faster, and close more deals—right from their phones. Our platform connects with 15+ lead sources (like Facebook, IndiaMART, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, etc.) and gives users powerful tools for call tracking, WhatsApp automation, and team performance monitoring.

We’re growing fast, and we need someone who can make our features come alive through Reels.

What You’ll Do

Create Instagram YouTube Reels that explain, promote, or showcase our product features, updates, and benefits.
Use trending formats to show how 3Sigma helps users (e.g., syncing leads instantly, never missing follow-ups, sending quotes from mobile, etc.).
Design short-form videos, screen recordings, and animations with voiceovers, captions, or music.
Make simple creatives for Google Ads, website banners, and blog thumbnails when needed.
Collaborate with our team on content ideas, video briefs, and campaign visuals.
Requirements

Experience creating engaging Reels for Instagram YouTube Shorts.
Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar tools,canva
Ability to turn product features into visual stories or tutorials.
Design sense for layout, speed, and attention-grabbing hooks.
Available 20–25 hours per week, remote and flexible.
Bonus Points

Experience working with SaaS or tech brands.
Basic understanding of digital marketing, hooks, and conversion-driven creatives.
Compensation

Competitive part-time monthly retainer.
Based on experience and video output.

Pay: ₹12,868.51 - ₹22,000.00 per month
