We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Parking Cashier to manage parking fee collection operations efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for handling vehicle entries and exits, collecting parking charges, maintaining cash records, and ensuring smooth parking management activities.Job Responsibilities* Collect parking fees from customers accurately and efficiently.* Issue parking tickets/receipts to vehicle owners.* Maintain daily cash collection records and submit reports to management.* Handle vehicle entry and exit operations smoothly.* Assist customers regarding parking-related queries and support.* Ensure proper functioning of parking systems, barriers, and payment machines.* Coordinate with the security and operations team for smooth parking management.* Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and proper traffic movement within the parking area.* Report any suspicious activity or operational issues to the supervisor immediately.* Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.* Required Skills* Basic cash handling and billing knowledge.* Good communication and customer handling skills.* Basic computer knowledge.* Ability to maintain records and reports.* Honest, punctual, and responsible attitude.* Ability to work in rotational shifts.Qualification* Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.* Experience in parking operations, cashier handling, toll operations, or customer service will be preferred.* Minimum 1 year of experience as a Parking Cashier/Cashier.* Familiar with cash transactions and receipt handling.* Comfortable working in shifts and outdoor environments.
