Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
• Manage cash handling activities, including receiving, counting, and dispensing money from customers.
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries and concerns related to account balances, transactions, and other banking services.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions using excel sheets or other software tools.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and procedures for handling cash and maintaining confidentiality.
Job Requirements :
• 0-4 years of experience in a similar role (Teller) in the banking industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, banking operations, and cash handling procedures.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with customers at various levels.
• Basic computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel.
