Phaedrus is headed by Govind Pathak who has over 25 years of experience in Investment Advisory including Equity, Foreign Exchange, and Real Estate research. He holds an MBA in Finance from IIM (Lucknow). He is also a Certified Financial Planner.
We practice what we preach -- striking a work-life balance. Our office is open from Monday to Thursday. On Fridays we Work from Home (WFH) on need basis or devote the day to learning.

Job Summary :
We are looking for talented individuals who are sincere and have prior financial planning or investment management experience. Freshers with excellent understanding of financial investments and academic background can also be considered. A high level of ethical standards and honesty is required of all candidates.

Responsibility
• Research & Analysis: Analyzing clients' income, expenses, assets, liabilities, insurance, and tax position
• Report Writing: Preparing financial planning reports and recommendations for the senior financial planner/advisor
• Cashflow Planning: Building and maintaining financial projections and cashflow models
• Product Research: Researching suitable mutual funds, insurance products, investment solutions, etc
• Compliance Support: Maintaining client records and documentation per SEBI/regulatory requirements
• Administrative Tasks: Filing, data entry, updating client records, taking notes during client meetings, and managing a financial planner's schedule
Requirement
• Strong knowledge of personal finance, investments (Mutual Funds, Direct Equities, Fixed Deposits), India taxation, and insurance
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Good report writing and communication skills
• Proficiency in Word (Report Formatting) and Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Graphs & Charts, VLOOKUP)
• AI Tools
• Understanding of SEBI regulations and compliance requirements
• Teamwork

Salary on Probation (3 mos) :
₹40,000 – ₹65,000 per month (gross) based on experience
