Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for managing Freight Forwarding Division Branch P&L, Market Strategy, Networking with Overseas, Individual Vertical Targets to be achieved as per agreed with Management.
Responsible for managing Sales, Operations, Business Development, Market Strategy, Increase market share in verticals, eg: Sea / Air Exports, Projects, Sea / Air imports.
Team Management along with direct reporting, which included Sales, Operation, CSU, Finance
Agreeing on annual budgets, producing detailed annual business operating plans, and achieving Monthly targets.
Responsible for Business Development/ Sales within Region by supporting Sales Team.
Responsible for Key Accounts customer, Maintaining current biz and customers, Developing new Biz, Verticals within Region, Dealing with Shipping Lines, Airlines
