Digital Marketing Specialist
About the Position:
We are seeking a digital marketing specialist to join our team and drive success in our paid search campaigns. As a key member of our performance marketing team, you will develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across Google Ads.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
- Conduct thorough keyword research and audience analysis to inform campaign targeting and messaging.
- Create engaging ad copy and collaborate with designers to develop high-performing creative assets.
- Optimize campaign performance through regular monitoring and analysis of key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
- Design and implement A/B tests on ads, creatives, and landing pages to improve campaign efficiency and conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio (Data Studio) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience developing and executing digital marketing strategies across Google Ads.
- Proven ability to improve campaign performance through data-driven decision making.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
