Paid Advertising Specialist
Digital Nomads HQ is looking to further expand its team on the Sunshine Coast (again!)

Expertise Requirements
Proven experience 2+ in managing and optimising paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
Proficiency in using paid media platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager etc.).
Experience managing a variety of PPC campaign types, including search, display, shopping, and video campaigns
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and allocate advertising budgets to maximise business returns.
Experience conducting A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimise ad copy, creative, and landing pages.
Proficiency in implementing and troubleshooting conversion tracking tags using tools like Google Tag Manager.
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Google Analytics).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly.
