Performance Marketing Expert Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience managing Google and Meta ad campaigns, with a strong understanding of PPC concepts, targeting strategies, bidding models, and attribution. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. You will also conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance. In addition, you will create and manage ad copies, creatives, and landing page strategies, monitor ad performance using Google Analytics, and optimize campaigns for ROAS, conversions, CTR, and CPL across multiple client accounts. Furthermore, you will generate weekly/monthly performance reports and suggest strategic improvements. Responsibilities:
• Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
• Create and manage ad copies, creatives, and landing page strategies.
• Monitor ad performance using Google Analytics and optimize campaigns for ROAS, conversions, CTR, and CPL.
• Generate weekly/monthly performance reports and suggest strategic improvements.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience managing Google and Meta ad campaigns (agency experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of PPC concepts, targeting strategies, bidding models, and attribution.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Data Studio.
• Ability to manage ad budgets, KPIs, and performance reporting across platforms.
• Knowledge of remarketing, lookalike audiences, custom conversions, and pixel tracking.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
