Role Description This full-time, on-site Owner or Writer role is based in Gurugram and involves overseeing and creating written content that supports the medical center’s brand, communication, and outreach efforts. The individual will develop and refine messaging for internal and external audiences, including patient information materials, website and social media content, and marketing or community engagement content. Day-to-day responsibilities may include planning content themes, drafting and editing copy, coordinating with clinical and administrative staff to ensure accuracy, and maintaining a consistent, patient-centered tone. The role also includes monitoring the performance of content initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and complying with relevant healthcare communication standards and guidelines.
Qualifications
• Strong writing and editing abilities, with experience producing clear, accurate, and engaging content for diverse audiences.
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple content initiatives, including developing structured messaging and communication strategies.
• Familiarity with healthcare or hospital environments, with an understanding of patient-centric communication and basic medical terminology.
• Proficiency in English, with excellent grammar, attention to detail, and the capability to adapt tone and style as needed.
• Comfort working on-site in a collaborative setting, engaging with multidisciplinary teams and incorporating feedback from stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain consistency across multiple projects.
