Role Description The Owner role at Meta Globals is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolhapur, responsible for providing strategic direction, operational oversight, and business growth leadership. The Owner will define and refine the company vision, set long-term goals, and lead planning across AI, web and mobile development, branding, and training services. Daily responsibilities include overseeing key client engagements, guiding project roadmaps, managing budgets, and ensuring the quality and timeliness of deliverables. The role involves building and nurturing client relationships, exploring new market opportunities, and making data-driven decisions to expand the company’s portfolio and global footprint. The Owner will also lead and mentor cross-functional teams, support hiring and talent development, and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
• Strong strategic leadership, business planning, and decision-making skills with a track record of growing or managing a tech or digital services organization.
• Experience in technology-oriented environments, preferably with familiarity in AI, machine learning, web development, or digital product development.
• Proficiency in client relationship management, stakeholder communication, and negotiation, with the ability to represent the company to partners and customers.
• Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation, with comfort interpreting performance metrics and business dashboards.
• People leadership skills, including team building, mentoring, performance management, and creating an inclusive, collaborative workplace culture.
• Background in business administration, technology, or a related field; entrepreneurial or founder experience is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Kolhapur and manage local operations while collaborating with global clients and remote stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, adaptability to a fast-changing tech landscape, and commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory leadership practices.
