As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping and executing high-performance digital marketing strategies that drive measurable growth and results for our clients.
Position: Performance Marketing Specialist (Remote)
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and optimize performance-focused marketing campaigns across various digital channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Ads, and others.
• Continuously analyze and report on key performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR, etc.) to measure success and identify areas for optimization.
• Conduct A/B testing, landing page optimization, and audience segmentation to improve conversion rates and enhance overall campaign performance.
• Manage and optimize advertising budgets to ensure a high ROI, making data-driven decisions on spending.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals and brand strategy.
• Stay on top of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing to ensure campaigns are innovative and competitive.
• Provide clients with regular, clear, and actionable reports, demonstrating the impact of campaigns and suggesting areas for improvement.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and with high-quality results.
What We're Looking For:
• Proven Experience: 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, managing paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and others.
• Data-Driven: Strong ability to interpret analytics and make strategic decisions based on performance data (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
• Results-Focused: A track record of driving successful campaigns that meet or exceed KPIs and deliver measurable business results.
• Hands-On Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), user acquisition strategies, and remarketing tactics.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights to drive campaign performance.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with remote teams and present clear reports to clients.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
