Outdoor Living Salesperson and Designer Goal: Create and sell custom hardscape designs to thrill clients and meet their needs.

Experience:

Must have experience with CAD software and be comfortable working independently to create unique designs. A qualified candidate will have excellent people skills and be comfortable meeting and building relationships with new clients. They will be able to listen to a clients desires and needs and translate that into a beautiful, custom design that is in harmony with their home. A qualified candidate will strive to provide exceptional customer service at all points of the process and in all communication. They must be able to work with a project manager after a job is sold to ensure that production can accurately build what was designed. A degree in landscape design or 2 years equivalent experience required.

Duties:

- Hold initial meeting with new clients to see their space and seek to actively understand their needs and desires

- Create a design proposal based on initial meeting in a timely manner

- Add detail to sold designs so that they can be handed off to production and build correctly

- Communicate with clients and production about any change orders or adjustments in project design
