Job Title: Outdoor Sales Executive
Location: Patna, Bihar
Industry: Electric Vehicle (EV) / Automobile
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Outdoor Sales Executive to promote and sell electric scooters across Patna and nearby areas. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, organizing test rides, building relationships with customers, and achieving monthly sales targets through field marketing and direct sales activities. Outdoor sales roles in the EV sector commonly emphasize lead generation, test rides, finance support, and participation in local promotional events.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new sales leads through field visits, market surveys, and customer referrals.
Visit colleges, offices, residential societies, businesses, and commercial areas to promote EV scooters.
Conduct roadshows, promotional events, canopy activities, and local marketing campaigns.
Explain scooter features, battery performance, charging process, range, warranty, pricing, and maintenance benefits.
Arrange and conduct customer test rides.
Assist customers with finance, EMI, insurance, exchange, and documentation.
Build relationships with corporate clients, fleet operators, delivery partners, and institutional customers.
Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings until conversion.
Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
Collect customer feedback and share market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer preferences with management.
Coordinate with the showroom team to ensure smooth vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Strong negotiation and customer handling ability.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Knowledge of electric vehicles is preferred (training can be provided).
Ability to work independently in the field.
Basic knowledge of smartphones, MS Office, and CRM applications.
Qualification
Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Requirements
Valid two-wheeler driving licence.
Pay: ₹6,500.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
