Are you relentless on the phone?
Can you break past gatekeepers and close deals with high-level decision-makers?
At Neutron Media, we’re hiring top-tier outbound sales talent to join our ***** in-house team. You’ll be selling one of the most exclusive advertising assets in the world: digital LED billboard space at 1500 Broadway, Times Square, New York.
What We Offer:
• $95,000–$275,000/year potential with base + uncapped commissions
• Onsite sales floor located in Etobicoke — fast-paced, high-energy, performance-driven
• Full sales training provided — we teach you to close big deals
• In-house culture where top closers are recognized and rewarded
What You’ll Do:
• Make high-volume outbound phone calls daily to executives, directors, and business owner across the U.S.
• Deliver confident, clear, and persuasive pitches over the phone — no email, no demos, no fluff
• Close deals on billboard packages ranging from regional campaigns to Times Square headline events
• Hit and exceed weekly and monthly targets — and get paid accordingly
What You Need to Bring:
• Fluent English with exceptional verbal clarity and assertive phone presence
• Resilience, confidence, and a fearless approach to cold calling
• Strong listening skills and the ability to handle rejection and pivot fast
• Previous phone sales experience is an asset — but raw hunger can win here too
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and report daily to our Etobicoke office
