We live and breathe our company values every day by being considerate, passionate, courageous, and making a difference.

Job Description

Passionate about working with primary school age children? Whether you’re an experienced Educator, have some babysitting experience, or are exploring a career in childcare for the first time, THIS is the role for you!

Our OSHC service Charthouse OSHClub is looking for a dedicated Educator to join our team in delivering fun and engaging programs for primary school children. This is a permanent role offering 15 hours, with opportunities for extra hours during the school holidays.

About the Role

Working alongside a supportive team, you’ll help create a welcoming and enriching environment for children aged 5-12 years old. Your role will include:

Facilitating exciting, child-led activities, including STEM, sports, cooking, arts crafts – whatever you and the kids love!

Building strong relationships with children, families, and the school community

Collaborating with a team of skilled Educators to ensure a safe, fun, and engaging program

You'll work split shifts Monday – Friday across the services opening hours of:

Morning: 6:30am – 8:45am (Rise then Shine Program)
Afternoon: 2:30pm – 6:00pm (Stay and Play Program)
School Holidays: 7:00am – 6:00pm (Holiday HQ Program)

Who We’re Looking For

✔️ Enjoys working with children and making a positive impact
✔️ Communicates clearly and confidently
✔️ Works well in a team and aspires to grow into a leadership role
✔️ Holds (or is willing to obtain) a National Police Check and a Working with Children check
✔️ Has Australian work rights

✨ Exclusive Discounts – Health insurance, fitness wellbeing services, PLUS savings for your family to attend our programs
✨ Extra Perks – Access to the Early Childhood Worker Retention Grant and other employee benefits

Why this role?

Work life Balance - Set days and hours with time off in the middle of the day; Ideal for students or those balancing other commitments

Work at one location – Build strong relationships with the school, children, staff, and community

Great benefits – Enjoy split shift allowances, paid public holidays, and paid leave entitlements

If you’re looking for a rewarding role where you can have fun while making a difference, we’d love to hear from you. Apply today and start your journey with Junior Adventures Group!

Next Steps?
