ORM Specialist (Bengali)
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor online conversations, reviews, comments, and mentions across digital platforms.
• Respond to customer queries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner, primarily in Bengali.
• Manage and maintain brand reputation across social media channels, review platforms, and community forums.
• Perform quality control checks on customer interactions, responses, and online communications to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, language quality, and adherence to established guidelines.
• Identify potential reputation risks and escalate critical issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Create response strategies and communication plans for reputation management.
• Track customer sentiment and provide actionable insights through regular reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Marketing, Content, Social Media, and Customer Support to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends related to online reputation management.
• Ensure all communications align with brand guidelines and communication standards.
Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in Online Reputation Management, Social Media Management, Community Management, or a related role.
• Fluency in Bengali and English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, online communities, review portals, and digital engagement.
• Excellent written communication and customer handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and respond effectively under tight timelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in handling brand reputation for regional or international markets will be an advantage.
