About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to manage organic growth initiatives across international client projects.
This role will be responsible for building and maintaining the core foundations of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO). You will work across technical SEO, content strategy, authority building, analytics, and AI-search visibility to ensure that organic search remains a dependable growth function for our clients.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing multiple projects across different industries and international markets, while working closely with content, design, development, performance marketing, and client servicing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage SEO strategy and execution across multiple international projects.
• Conduct technical, on-page and content audits.
• Improve crawling, indexing, site structure, internal linking, page speed and schema.
• Conduct keyword, competitor and search-intent research.
• Develop content plans and SEO briefs.
• Optimise websites for featured snippets, AI Overviews and generative search platforms.
• Monitor rankings, organic traffic, conversions and technical health.
• Coordinate with content, development and client servicing teams.
• Prepare clear monthly reports and recommendations.
• Stay updated on search algorithm and AI-search developments.
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Experience managing multiple clients or international websites.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, content SEO and off-page SEO.
• Understanding of AEO, GEO, structured data and entity optimisation.
• Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Strong analytical, communication and project-management skills.
• Ability to independently own the organic growth function.
