Job Title: Order Processing Executive
Location: Delhi/Haryana
Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 (Negotiable based on interview)
Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Order Processing Executive to manage order fulfillment for our e-commerce marketplace. The ideal candidate will handle order processing, coordination with logistics partners, and ensure timely dispatch.
Responsibilities:
• Process daily orders from e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
• Coordinate with courier partners for smooth shipments.
• Update order status and resolve customer queries.
• Work with the inventory team to maintain stock accuracy.
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Requirements:
• Experience in order processing for e-commerce (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel & order management tools.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
