U.S. Metalcraft, Inc. Delphos, OH Full-Time 40 hours
U.S. Metalcraft, Inc. is a family-owned manufacturer of die-cast aluminum memorial vases and cremation urns, serving dealers across the U.S. and Canada. We're looking for a detail-oriented, numbers-minded addition to our Billing/Order Entry team.
What You'll Do
Process customer orders received by phone, fax and email - including invoicing, issuing credits, and order entry
Apply a basic understanding of accounting principles (debits and credits) to keep billing accurate
Work closely with sales and customer service reps to monitor and resolve billing issues to customers' satisfaction
Answer phones and take orders as backup support for the sales department when needed
Track how inventory flows in and out of the system to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly

Sharp attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Fast, accurate typing and data entry skills
