We are hiring for Oracle HCM Functional Consultant for one of the CMMi5 Global IT company (Manpower Strength approx. 10000)

Location- Chennai, Hyderabad
Experience- 7+ Years Relevant
Working Model- 5 Days Work From Office

Oracle Fusion/EBS HCM Functional -

Key Attributes

7+ years of experience with at least 1 full cycle with Oracle fusion HCM Functional and one full cycle EBS HRMS Implementation

- At least one full implementation experience as a functional consultant in Oracle fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, UAE localisation), one implementation in EBS(Core HR, SSHR, Payroll, UAE localisation) with Reporting and Data migration experience within the implementation & Support projects. Absence mgmt. is advantage.

- Prior background of Implementation & support of EBS R12 along with fusion is preferred

- Good Functional knowledge in all oracle ERP cloud HCM modules

- Knowledge of ERP table structures & Helping Oracle Technical team on development/customizations

- Hands-on PL/SQL preferred

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments while meeting project timelines and delivering an exceptional client experience

- Experience in documenting the requirement documents, business process workflows, data requirement documents, technical documents

- Understand Business requirements and recommend IT solutions.

- Review system configurations, setup, and deployment of solution.

- Prepare and review functional design documents, user manuals etc.

- Stakeholder management.

- Incident Management, Resolving issues in the provided SLA along with managing ITSM.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Should have worked in Onsite-Offshore working model."

- Smartview, FRS, OTBI Report & Dashboards (simple) development knowledge preferable
