We are seeking an experienced Application Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Application Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing Level 1 and Level 2 application support for all our business applications. You will be responsible for analyzing application functionality, suggesting improvements, ensuring effective front - end and back - end functionality support, and tracking and fixing defects within established SLAs.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
· Minimum of five years of experience in advanced oracle PL/SQL
· Strong knowledge and experience in relational database technology: SQL, JDBC, MySQL, Data Structures , and Algorithms.
· Experience in extracting logs from leading application servers such as WebLogic, Tomcat, and JBoss.
· Ability to thrive under pressure, make flexible decisions, and maintain a positive attitude amidst frequent changes.
· Proficiency in Java
· Willingness to work on shifts/weekends and public holidays and be on standby in case of urgency.
· Excellent written and oral English communication skills
