Requirement for optical sales executive with upto 1-2 years of experience in retail counter or sales.

Should be proficient at counter sales and good at communication.

Should be interested to work for long term.

Responsibilities

Optical Dispensing - To always greet patients reaching to the counter. To talk with

patient with a polite and smiling face. Frame and Lenses explanation, demonstration to customer as per prescription. To guide patients about their refractive power, spectacles need and costing. To allow patient choose frames and lenses matching to their choice, need and affordability.

Prescription Reading - Should be able to read and understand prescription

Repair - Should be able to do minor spectacle repair and adjustments

Ordering and follow - Coordinate with distributor and manufacturer for spectacles ordering and follow up on orders.

Versatile - Should be able to do sales at hospital counter and camps. Billing, Cash collection, Cash deposit, Order entry in computer software. To submit day report, weekly report & monthly report in excel/near sheet. After Sales Follow up on orders, reminder call/message to patient, Inventory management, regular stock check and audit, to keep record of prime customers.

Salary : 7500INR + Incentives
