Team summary: The Operations team is accountable for critical workflow execution across athenahealth services and platforms. The team supports important initiatives within athenaClinicals and athenaCollector by working closely with customers and internal stakeholders. Team members use knowledge of the athenanet platform and healthcare operations processes to help improve service delivery, support workflow accuracy, and contribute to operational effectiveness.
