Location: Doral, FL (Fully on-site)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Compensation: $18-20 per hour

About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Operations Support Assistant plays a key role in keeping internal teams running smoothly. You'll handle essential administrative tasks and contribute to the day-to-day operational processes by assisting with service delivery across departments. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys structure, problem-solving, and being the go-to support person for a high-performing team.
What You'll Do
Support a wide range of administrative and operational activities, including general office management.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for client employees.
Maintain and audit employee and client records in HRIS and payroll systems.
Support payroll processing through data entry, verification, and quality checks.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Assist with audits, reporting, and special projects.
Provide support to the Director of Operations, the operations team, and client partners as needed.
Other assignments as needed.
What You Bring to the Team
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional with the following qualifications:
EducationExperience
High school diploma required.
An associate's or bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is a plus.
1-2 years in administrative, HR, payroll, or operations support.
Experience in a PEO or HR services environment is highly preferred.
Proficiency with technical software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems, Dropbox, and HubSpot.
Skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bilingual (Spanish)

Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
Ability to excel independently with little supervision.

Work EnvironmentPhysical Requirements
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities may shift.
This role requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs for office-related tasks.
