Purpose of the role This role is responsible for managing end-to-end logistics operations after booking , including shipment handling, documentation, system updates, and booking support. It involves working closely with Customer Service and FinOps teams to ensure smooth supply chain execution, handle queries, and resolve issues. The person is expected to proactively manage exceptions, maintain accurate data, and ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the shipment lifecycle. You will be Responsible for: Managing end-to-end shipment bookings, planning, and execution for live shipments.
