Operations Representative
Job Description
The Operations Representative serves as the primary liaison between assigned franchised units and the corporate office, focusing on operations, financial performance, training, and guest satisfaction. This role supports multiple brands including Yogen Früz, Pinkberry, Yogurty's, Sweet Jesus, and YEH! Yogurt. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who communicates effectively, motivates teams, removes barriers to success, and drives business results.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular and working store visits to ensure compliance, operational excellence, relationship-building, and value creation.
Achieve district performance targets including sales, labour, and cost of goods sold (COGS).
Analyze business performance using sales reports, P&L statements, and other metrics to develop and execute improvement strategies.
Perform store audits and operational evaluations to ensure compliance with brand standards, food safety, and relevant legislation (OHSA & ESA).
Use store visits as coaching opportunities to support franchisee development.
Assist with new store builds, recruitment, staffing plans, and training.
Deliver ongoing training and development support to franchisees and store teams.
Communicate and support the rollout of brand initiatives and ensure consistent execution across the district.
Support and execute local store marketing efforts to drive top-line sales.
Conduct periodic and quarterly business reviews to assess performance and implement improvement plans.
Resolve franchisee and customer concerns with professionalism and positive energy.
Foster teamwork and collaboration, acting as a coach and removing communication barriers.
Provide leadership, motivation, and guidance to franchisees, store staff, and corporate teams.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Knowledge of the food service industry; Food Handler Certification required.
Minimum 2 years of multi-unit management experience in Franchise/QSR/Fast Casual environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with insurance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
