Operations Manager | Turf

Financial Acumen: Strong skills in developing targets, maintaining budgets, and analysing operational initiatives, with a proven ability to manage projects within time and budget constraints.
Communication Skills: Strong written and computer skills, along with proficiency in report writing. You should be an effective communicator, capable of building strong relationships both internally and with external clients.
People Management: Exceptional skills in recruitment, performance management, engagement, training, and development.
Safety Commitment: A positive attitude towards working safely and a commitment to upholding our company's health and safety culture.
Qualifications: A qualification in Sports Turf Management is advantageous.
Driver's Licence: A full New Zealand driver's licence with the ability to drive a manual vehicle.
